The Barclays Mindset Assessment (SHL) The Barclays mindset assessment consists of a series of questions testing your thinking and behavioural qualities at Barclays. It is an evaluation of yourself and it compares to the values of Barclays.
There are more than 80 questions, the test is untimed and the responses can be changed.
