The Tesco online assessment includes 4 interactive games designed to measure your cognitive ability, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills.

Shapedance: Identify matching cubes as they rotate and increase in complexity each round.

Numerosity: Solve quick maths puzzles using operations like addition, subtraction, and multiplication before time runs out.

E-motions: Watch short video clips and select the strongest emotion shown on the face or eyes.

Service Chat: Choose the most appropriate response in simulated customer conversations — similar to a situational judgment test (not timed).
Each game gets progressively harder and tests different aspects of your problem-solving and emotional awareness.
